Try on your purchases in the comfort of your home, and if you want a different size or a refund, let us know right away and we’ll pick it up from your home, work, or other address. Within 28 days of receiving your order: Create your exchange or return here or, if you are a registered user, log in to your WickClick account Book your free collection Send your purchase back to us Unused items must be returned to us with all WickClick labels and designer labels attached. Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be returned to you. Need a different size or color? There is no charge to exchange your purchase for a different size or color (subject to availability when requesting a return). However, if you live outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (China), you will need to pay taxes. If you want to try a different style, just return it for a store credit refund and buy new separately.
Once you decide to exchange or return your order, you have 28 days after receiving your order. Please follow the steps below: If you are a registered user, please log in to your Floydmartaccount under “My Orders” and select the order number that contains the item you wish to return. Click the CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN button and select the reason for the return. If you want to exchange, please choose your preferred size. Check the box to agree to our return policy. We will then email you return instructions. Sign the pro forma return invoice included with your order. If you no longer have the file, you will find a replacement PDF copy in the outgoing email. Make sure to open the package so you can check the contents.
You can choose to have your refund applied as store credit to your WickClick account or back to the original form of payment. WickClick duties and sales tax are non-refundable. However, you can get them back by contacting local customs or hiring a customs broker. Please note that due to different processing times between payment providers, it may take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience easier. We monitor the number of customer returns and ongoing returns that violate our Terms of Service and may, at our discretion, close your Floydmart account or reject future orders.
If your purchase is not exactly correct, you can return or exchange it within 28 days of receipt. Simply log into your account to request a return or contact our customer service team for assistance. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact customer service who can investigate for you. In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, we will notify you and issue you a refund. If you ordered other items, we will still send them to you.
